Searching Bill Inquiry by SSN is inconsistent

Description of Issue

Bill Inquiry SSN search returns more record selected than a Tax Owner search by SSN.



Context

  • Enterprise ERP (powered by Munis) 2019.1 and up

Cause

One or more bills tied to the customer with the search for SSN doesn't use the primary address on that customer.



Resolution

Development is researching the issue. As a workaround, utilize the SSN search in Bill Inquiry when searching by SSN is desired. Do not use the Tax Owner search by SSN.
