Remaining Balance Incorrect on Benefit Summary





Description of Issue

Incorrect balances for floating holiday are showing in Time & Attendance. The Accrual balances in EERP show the correct balance available to them, however, in Time & Attendance, it does not. The Current balance in Time & Attendance is correct but the remaining balance is not.

Cause

The Benefits Accumulation By was set to Year.



Resolution
  1. The Benefit Accumulation By needs to be set to pay period:

  2. Select System Admin

  3. Select Master File Management

  4. Select Pay Codes

  5. Set Benefits Accumulation By to Pay Period  

  6. Select Save 



Additional Information

When the Benefits Accumulation By is set to Year, that means that the remaining balance is not going to update until January 1 each year.
