Document count does not update in Request Management when attachments added from Portal



Description of Issue
  • When requests with attachments are submitted from the Portal, the attachments are displayed in Attachments & KB docs (Request Management > Attachments & KB docs), but the counter does not update to reflect the actual number

  • This only occurs on submissions from the Service Request Access Portal

T311-6983 will fix this issue in a future release 

Workaround: No work around is necessary as attachments are still added to the request
