Parcel values are rounding

When entering or creating a new parcel and adding a value, the value is rounding to a number other than what is entered. 

• Property Tax Billing 
• Parcels (txremast) 
• Tax Settings (txparmnt)

Parcel values round by design, but the Tax Settings program determines how to round a parcel's values and can be changed.
