Setup Parcel Segments and Delimiters

Parcel segment lengths and delimiters need to be configured.

• Property Tax Billing 

• Tax Settings (txparmnt)

Parcel segment lengths and delimiters need to be setup for the first time or altered. 

1. Navigate to the Tax Settings program either by searching or using the following path: Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Assessor Setup > Tax Settings

2. Click Update.

3. Click Parcel Display. 

4. Enter a numeric value for the character size of each segment in order. Standard parcel code segments are map, lot, block, and plot. 

5. After each segment size, enter the delimiter if desired. A delimiter is what marks the end of a segment and separates one segment from the next. A period, dash, slash, ampersand, open parenthesis, or percentage sign can be used. 

6. One all desired values and delimiters are entered, click Accept.
