New employees show time in ExecuTime but are not in Time Balancing





Description of Issue

Some new employees in ExecuTime show time in Employee Time Maintenance for previous period but not in Employee Time Summary or Time Balancing so I can't move them to payroll.

Cause

The employees recorded time in previous period (07/26/2020-08/08/2020)  but in their Employee records, their Save Properties were defined with current pay period-now (08/09/2020-now). 



Resolution
  1. Log into ExecuTime.

  2. Click System Admin. Click Master File Management. 

  3. On Employees Tab under General Info Tab, at the bottom under Save Properties click the second radio button for Save for whole history and override subsequent changes, starting at.

  4. Click the drop down arrow and click the previous pay period date. (07/26/2020)

  5. Click Save for Specified Past Pay Period button.
