Copying assets produces false error message

Copying assets in the New Assets program produces an error even though the assets are successfully copied:  Fetch error on user_copy_cursor:   100

Install MUN-354210 once it's been released

Workaround:  No workaround is necessary as the assets are successfully copied despite the error message
