Cause

New to functionality



Resolution

  1. Navigate to Print Contracts (Financials > Purchasing > Contract Management > Print Contracts).

  2. Click Define

  3. Confirm fields and click Accept

    1. In the Include contracts fields, you can enter the contract number as the starting and ending contract

  4. Click Select

  5. Click Save

  6. Navigate to My Saved Reports (Munis > Departmental Functions > My Saved Reports)

  7. Select file and click Accept to download
