Employees vacation accrual not being earned in payroll



Description of Issue

I have any employee that has not earned vacation accruals through several payrolls



Context
  • Enterprise ERP 

  • Munis 11.3 and higher

  • Payroll Processing

  • Employee Accruals

  • Employee Accrual history



Cause

An Accrual History Record was manually added with an end date of 12/31/9999, this record will need to be removed from Employee Accrual History



Resolution
  1. Navigate To Employee AccrualsPayroll>Employee Maintenance>Employee Accruals

  2. Search for the Employee Number and Accrual Type and Table

  3. Click History

  4. Using the navigation arrows find the Accrual History Record with an end date of 12/31/9999

  5. Click Delete from the top menu to delete the incorrect history record

  6. Select Yes to Deleting the record.

  7. Click Add and enter a new Accrual history Record to correct the accrual balance
