When we start a connection with support, we receive a Windows Defender Firewall prompt that requires the administration name and password, can we disable this?

LogMeIn Rescue is not included in the exceptions of your organizations infrastructure security.
Resolution
Windows Defender Firewall is controlled by your IT. Please reach out to them to allow LogMeIn Rescue as an exception.
