Description of Issue

  • User has GL data access for a certain segment value, yet gets no results searching for it in Account Inquiry.

  • GL data access lists more than one segment on the same record.

User Attributes



Cause

GL data access record combines this segment with at least one other segment, which means conditions must also be met for the other segment(s).



Resolution

Create a new GL data access record in User Attributes with this segment by itself rather than having it combined with other segments.
