401 Unauthorized



Context

  • Reconciliation Notes

  • Error message



Cause

Time out issue
User may have taken too long to switch between web sites



Resolution

  1. Refresh browser

  2. Try to perform actions again

  3. If errors remain please clear browser cache

  4. Log back into ACFER and reauthenticate

  5. Attempt to update the Reconciliation Notes and see if error continues

  6. If error continues contact Munis Financial General Ledger Support
