What is the YTD Budget report Detail format option when using Print Report Options?

YTD Budget Report 

Output (PDF, Display, Excel, Save Text/Spool to saved reports and/or print)

Work ticket MUN-379682 introduced the Truncate full description option and it displays as Detail format option on output

Detail format option is Truncate full description

1 = Not Selected

2 = Selected

Option only available when displaying accounts FULL description, it is not selectable if using SHORT description.
