Install Server Prerequisites in Tyler Deploy

Cannot install updates through Tyler Deploy due to server missing required prerequisites (prereqs)

How to Check for Prerequisite Software Requirements in Tyler Deploy

Target server is missing required prereqs

For OnPremise customers:

1. Sign into TylerDeploy for your organization

2. Select Infrastructure Management from the menu on the left hand side

   1. Each server with a Tyler Deploy tentacle installed will be listed

3. Click on the Ellipses (three dots icon) for the desired server and select Check Prereqs

4. If any server prereqs are missing they will be listed. If there are prereqs to install, select Install Prereqs under the same ellipses

5. Allow prereqs to install as needed. Repeat for all desired servers

For SaaS customers:

Depending on the prereq that needs to be installed, it could be invasive to users and is best to do off hours during a scheduled maintenance window. A reboot may be required for the prereq to finish installing successfully.
