Employer Info not showing in W-4 Change Request Attachment



Description of Issue

The Employer Info section is blank when the W-4 Change Request attachment is opened in Employee Master



Context
  • Employee Master

  • Pending W-4 Requests

  • Payroll Entity Codes



Cause
  • The Employer Info pulls from Payroll Entity Codes 

  • No Payroll Entity Codes exist



Resolution
  1.  Open up Payroll Entity Codes

    1. Munis> Human Capital Management> Payroll> Payroll Setup> Payroll Entity Codes

  2. Click Add

  3. Create a new code

  4. Click on the Employer Info tab

  5. Populate the information needed for the Employer

  6. Click Accept
