Description of Issue

New Hampshire Retirement System (NHRS) communicated about an Employer Data Reporting System (DRS) upgrade.

  • Timeline

    • Test submissions due in the first 3 quarters of 2023

    • In October and November 2023, NHRS will require a file from the NH ERS Report program AND from the new NHRS PensionGold3 Report program.

    • In December 2023, NHRS will only only accept a file from the NHRS PensionGold3 Report program.

  • New EERP/Munis program was introduced as follows: 

    •  2019.1.22.0 - MUN-360299 and Tyler Deploy Release 2019.1.22.2415

    • 2021.4.0.0A - Tyler Deploy Release 2021.4.0.1490

    • 2021.5.0.0A - Tyler Deploy Release 2021.5.0.1019

    • 2021.6.0.0A - Tyler Deploy Release 2021.6.0.628

    • 2021.7.0.0A - Tyler Deploy Release 2021.7.0.294

  • Once installed, you will note a new NHRS PensionGold3 Report program on your New Hampshire state specific menu. 

  • PensionGold3 reporting will not be made available in Version 11.3. 

    • If you are currently on Version 11.3, you will not be able to submit test files to NHRS until you have a higher Version installed in a non-production environment.

    • NHRS is aware of the fact that some of you will not be able to submit test files until later in the testing period.
