• Site is unable to add an Employee Evaluation Record

• Error Message:  Error executing pmevlmasio_insert. ID: [Insert 2638] Record [0:3376:2] Status: -6372 [ISAM -242]

• User clicks Field Help (...) for Reviewer Number resulting in the error message

• A supervisor is not assigned to the Position that supervises the employee in question

• Manually add the Reviewer Number in the Reviewer Number Field 

• Assign an employee to the supervising position
