Description of Issue

Why is this elected official showing up in my Unemployment Report?



Context
  • Payroll

  • State Reporting

  • Unemployment Reporting

  • ICESA Reporting

  • Quarterly Wage Reporting



Cause

The Unemployment Tax field on the Demographics tab of the Employee Master is check marked. 



Resolution
  1. Open the Employee Master program in Munis

  2. Search for the affected employee

  3. Select Update

  4. Click the Demographics tab

  5. Click the Unemployment Tax checkbox to remove the check mark

  6. Select Accept
