The Assign Louisiana AFR Keypunch Codes screen allows users at Louisiana sites to assign AFR keypunch codes. The program cannot be used by organizations outside of the state of Louisiana.

To assign keypunch codes:

Munis > Financials > General Ledger Menu > Setup Chart of Accounts > Account Master

1. Assign Louisiana AFR Keypunch Codes

2. Select the check boxes next to each general ledger account to include in the keypunch code

3. Accept

5. Complete the fields in this section to define the keypunch code
