Description of Issue

Why is the program not creating the electronic file.



Context

Cause

The program isn't finding any Period Records with an Agency Number that matches the one defined on the Extract screen because Period Records were created with Agency Number set to 0.  



Resolution

  • Re-Generate with the correct Agency Number

  • Use Period Record Export/Import functionality to correct the Agency Number
