How to email payroll advices

Description of Issue

User is looking to complete setup so that advice of deposit can be an emailed rather than printed 



Context

  • Enterprise ERP (EERP)

  • Human Capital Management 

  • Human Resources 

  • Employee Job/Pay Classification 

  • Employee Master



Cause

The Advice Delivery setting is incorrect 



Resolution

  1. Navigate to the Employee Master in EERP 

    • EERP > Human Capital Management > Human Resources > Employee Job/Pay Classification > Employee Master 

  2. Click on the Payroll tab

  3. Update the option Advice Delivery to E–Primary Email Only

  4. The payroll advices should now email



Additional Information

  • It is required for the site to own TylerForms

  • For selections that include a primary or alternate email address, valid email address must be entered in the Email or Alt Email boxes on the Address tab
