How to remove Position Control functionality in Munis

• Job Salary

• Job Class Master

• Job Openings

Site no longer wants to use Position Control functionality

1. Review Employee Job Salary to make sure no current pay records are tied to positions

2. Review secondary programs like Job Class Master and Job Openings to make sure no records are tied to positions

3. Once you have confirmed no primary Job Salary or secondary Job Openings, Job Class Master etc.  usages of position control exist, access Position Control and mark all positions Inactive as of today's day or when you want to shut down position control

4. Once all positions have been marked inactive, you could remove menu access to Position Control for everyone except a system admin
