MA Tax - Create Motor Vehicle Commitment List Signature Page

A page with the motor vehicle commitment totals and a signature line needs to be created. 

• MA Motor Vehicle Excise 

• Commitment List (mmacomlt) 

A signature page for a motor vehicle commitment is needed for approval. 

1. The signature page is always the last page of the motor vehicle commitment. To generate just the signature page, follow the steps below. 

2. Navigate to the Commitment List program either by searching or using the following path: Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > Northeast > Massachusetts > Motor Vehicle Excise > Billing > Commitment List 

3. Click Define in the top ribbon. 

4. Check the box for Totals only. (Note: Do not check the box for Final commitment. The final commitment must always be the full commitment.)

5. Click PDF. 

6. The signature page should generate. Other output options like Print, Display, or Save can also be chosen.
