Description of Issue

The Tax Lien Redemption Report needs to be printed in portrait not landscape.

  • Property Tax Billing 

  • Tax Lien Redemption Report (tlrdmrpt)



Cause

The registry of deeds often requires that reports are in a certain format. Some require the redemption report to be in portrait and not landscape. 



Resolution
  1. Navigate to the Tax Lien Redemption Report program, which can be found either by searching or using the following path: Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Lien Processing and Reports > Inquiries and Reports > Tax Lien Redemption Report

  2. On the define screen, make sure that the box for Print portrait layout is checked off.
