Database view for batch number in Receipts

User needs database view that contains batch number from Receipts program in Munis

• Munis 11.3 and Munis 11.3 UBCIS

• SSRS reports

• Crystal reports

• SaaS, Tyler-hosted clients

• OnPrem, Self-hosted clients

• Batch number

• Receipts

• General Revenue

User needs TRS view for custom reporting

To view this field in Munis, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Munis menu > General Revenue > Payment Processing > Receipts

2. Batch number is present under section External System

This field is available in table arhstxrf under column arhx_xref1.

Note that this field is not available through a TRS view, so any user who will need to run a report utilizing this table will need to have db_datareader permission in the database.
