Description of Issue

When opening CSS a Terms and Conditions Message appears that you must acknowledge before continuing



Context

  • CSS

  • VSS



Cause

VSS Terms and Conditions Message is populated in Vendor Administration > Application Settings. While enabled in VSS, it will appear in CSS as well by default



Resolution

Development is currently researching the issue. Install MUN-439285 once available

Workaround is to disable Terms and Conditions Message in VSS

  1. Log into VSS with Administrator permissions

  2. Navigate to Vendor Administration > Application Settings

  3. Delete any messages within the Terms and Conditions Message field
