HTML file types do not display in the TCM HTML Viewer

Description of Issue

When viewing a .html file in the TCM HTML Viewer, a message appears stating:
TCM is unable to display this attachment within the window. You may download the file by clicking the link below.

Cause

HTML file types are not yet configured to display within the TCM HTML Viewer. 



Resolution

HTML file types are not yet configured to display attachments within the TCM HTML Viewer. Any .html attachment should be downloaded by selecting the blue link in the TCM HTML Viewer in order to access the attachment. Typically these files are items that are directly archived from ESS.
