Rapid entry button does not appear in Personnel Actions Entry

Description of Issue

When processing a Personnel Actions Entry record, the Rapid Entry button does not appear in the ribbon



Context

  • Versions 2019.1+



Cause

Actions Rapid Entry Fields is missing a record for the Action Code and Reason/Auth Code combination



Resolution

  1. Navigate to Munis > Human Capital Management > Human Resources > Personnel Actions > Actions Rapid Entry Fields

  2. Click Add to create a new record

  3. Fill in the required information for the desired Code pairing

  4. Click Accept to create a new record

  5. Close out of Personnel Actions and re-open the program to see the Rapid Entry button appear
