How to edit subscription options in SSRS

Description of Issue

  • User needs to edit SSRS subscription options

Cause

Client needs to edit and check status of SSRS subscriptions



Resolution

To check the status of a SSRS subscription or change subscription options, please follow steps below:

  1. Open SSRS Web Portal in Chrome or Internet Explorer 

  2. Browse to the folder where the custom report is located.

  3. Hover mouse on the report and click on the dropdown or 3 dots on the right of report's name and select Manage

  4. Click on Subscriptions in the left navigation menu.

  5. Subscriptions that are already created for the report and their status are displayed in the right section

  6. Click on Edit to the left of any subscription to edit options for that subscription
