Category 24 Foreclosed Bills are displaying on Tax Statements and should not be



Context

  • NY Property Tax Billing

  • Tax Statements

  • County Property Processing

  • Deed and Foreclosure



Cause

Foreclosed tax amounts that are not due or payable should not be included in Tax Statements



Resolution

Development is currently researching the issue. Install MUN-439913 once available

No reasonable workaround other than to place a Special Condition code on the Bill to exclude it from showing in reports.
