Bill Address choices limited when creating Suffolk County Statement

When creating a Suffolk County Statement, the Bill Address choices are limited or missing. 

• NY Tax
• Suffolk County 
• Bill Inquiry (arbilinq) 
• Suffolk County: Statement of Taxes in Arrears (arnystmt)

A Bill, Current Parcel, or Tax Parcel record for the Collection Year set in Tax Settings are missing. 

• This program uses the Collection Year established in the Tax Settings to query the database for other records, before beginning, determine the Collection Year by following the steps outlined here: Determine the Current Collection Year in Tax Settings
• The Mail to option is available as long as a bill exists for the Parcel in the current Collection Year. Verify this using Bill Inquiry's Advanced Search and searching by Year and Parcel. 
• The Current option is available as long as a Current Parcel record exists in the Parcels program. Verify this by searing in the Parcels program for the 0 - Current Version and Parcel.
•  The Assessed option is available as long as a Tax Parcel record exists in the Parcel Inquiry program. Verify this by searching in Parcel Inquiry by Year and Parcel.

• If one of these records is missing, more troubleshooting may be needed to determine why a Bill, Current Parcel, or Tax Parcel record is missing.
