Address not printing on employee's check





Description of Issue

We have an employee who doesn't have her address print on the payroll check.

Cause

Employee Master record for the employee was missing a mail sort code for the run type.



Resolution

Define the appropriate mail sort code on the Employee Master:

  1. Access Employee Master: Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Master

  2. Search for the employee

  3. Click Update > click on the Mail Sort tab

  4. Select the desired Mail Sort code for the given payroll run type

  5. Click Accept
