Duplicate sublocation records on item

Description of Issue
  • The sublocation quantity on hand is incorrect 

  • Item shows duplicate sublocation warehouse 

    • Expanding item details in the Items program shows the duplicate sublocation 

    • Duplicate sublocations exist on the WarehouseSublocationItems table 

  • Duplicate sublocations are shown for an item in the Enter Inventory Counts program

  • Errors received when attempting to transfer an item:

    • Inventory Transactions: 

      • Error selecting item sublocation QOH (infuncts 6415: Error selecting item sublocation quantity (infuncts 10546). Status: 284

      • Transfer-receipt failed. See error log for further details.

    • System Log:  A subquery has returned not exactly one row.

Context

Inventory Management 

Cause

Defect occurs when sublocations are added from multiple open tabs of the Items program

Resolution

Install MUN-485030 once it's been released

Workaround:  

  • Contact Enterprise ERP Assets and Civic Support to have it corrected with a SQL script 

  • To prevent this issue from happening in the future, refresh the Items program before making any updates to the item record
