Duplicate sublocation records on item

Description of Issue

The sublocation quantity on hand is incorrect
Item shows duplicate sublocation warehouse
- Expanding item details in the Items program shows the duplicate sublocation
- Duplicate sublocations exist on the WarehouseSublocationItems table
Duplicate sublocations are shown for an item in the Enter Inventory Counts program
Errors received when attempting to transfer an item:
- Inventory Transactions:
  - Error selecting item sublocation QOH (infuncts 6415: Error selecting item sublocation quantity (infuncts 10546). Status: 284
  - Transfer-receipt failed. See error log for further details.
- System Log: A subquery has returned not exactly one row.

Cause

Defect occurs when sublocations are added from multiple open tabs of the Items program

Resolution

Install MUN-485030 once it's been released

Workaround:

Contact Enterprise ERP Assets and Civic Support to have it corrected with a SQL script
To prevent this issue from happening in the future, refresh the Items program before making any updates to the item record
