Cannot see Animal License charge codes in drop down

Description of Issue

Unable to see the charge codes in the Description drop down when trying to pay an Animal License

Context

Cause

The AR Code is Animal License Settings doesn't have any charge codes applied to it

Resolution

In Munis, go to General Revenues > Animal Licenses > Animal License Settings
Make note of the AR Code that is selected
In Munis, go to General Revenues > Accounts Receivable > Setup > Accounts Receivable Charge Codes
Search for the current Year and AR Code that was noted in step 2. These are the codes that should show up in Animal License drop down.
If no codes are showing up, then a new charge code will need to be added to the Year and AR Code
