0 Rate in pr_time_attendance

0 Rate in pr_time_attendance

Description of Issue

Employee shows 0 for rate in pr_time_attendance Tyler Reporting Service View but not in the detail pay record in ERP.

Context
  • All versions of Enterprise ERP

  • SSRS reports

  • Crystal reports

  • SaaS, Tyler-hosted clients

  • OnPrem, Self-hosted clients

  • Timesheet

Cause

The prtd_pay_rate field remains 0 unless the user changes the rate. If they enter a rate for that timesheet then the rate will be updated on both rates fields for the same amount.

Resolution

If rate in pr_time_attendance is 0 then the employee's rate from the Time Entry Detail record will default to the active prep_daily_rt from premppay record.
