Tyler Cashiering Server Deployment Fails on Build Out DB and run TDD Step with error: NotSpecified: Exception calling "ExecuteNonQuery" with "0" argument(s): The login already has an account under a different user name. Cannot add the principal 'XXXXXX', because it does not exist or you do not have permission.

Cause

Principal mentioned in the error logs that could not be added is set as the Database owner so that it can not be added again during the deployment process.
