After Munis upgrade, EnerGov batches receive WS User Authentication Failed error

Description of Issue

After an upgrade, batches from EnerGov are not importing into Munis.

EnerGov batches are not coming into Munis

Error Message: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHeaderException: MUERROR: WS User Authentication Failed.

Context

Cause

The wsuser/XXXXweb password in Munis has changed.

Resolution

Please contact Support or log a case via the Online Support Client Portal.

Any batches that were created while the old password was in the system will need to be updated by Support.

Additional Information

Use Tyler Swarm to collaborate with EnerGov support to update the password in their system.
