Context

  • General Ledger

  • Year end close

  • Project Accounting

  • Year end manager

Cause

Use Project Ledger is checked in GL Settings

Resolution

Financials > General Ledger Menu > Project Accounting > Project Ledger > Set up > Project Journal Number Control

  1. Click on Search

  2. Click on Accept
    Do any records come in?

  3. If Project Journal Source records do not exist add some by Clicking Add, complete the page and Click Accept when complete
