Calculate Charges Error Report Showing No Amount For Based On Other Services

The error report from Calculate Charges shows the warning NO AMOUNT for services of type Based On Other.

Based On Other services are not calculating.

An update introduced a software defect that causes the based on other services to not calculate in the Calculate Charges step of the Bill Run

If the bill run was closed to install the update the user will still receive the notification that an update will need to be installed but they can proceed with the bill run if the update has been installed. The user processing the bill run will need to run the Calculate Charges step of the bill run again so that the based on other amounts are calculated.
