Can original budget be adjusted if PAB posted to pending or held status string?

Project Budget Package Generation option Include inactive project strings also includes pending and hold status in the package.

Project Budget Package Posting option post to pending project strings was selected at time of posting.

Use Project Budget Adjustment to adjust the project string revised budget amount as needed.  Depending on permissions status may need to be updated, for budget adjustment then set back once completed.

1. Browse to Enterprise ERP > Financials > General Ledger Menu > Project Accounting > Project Ledger > Project Budget Process > Project Budget Adjustment Entry

2. Add, the program opens the fields for entry.

3. Complete the fields, using the Field Descriptions table as a guide.

4.  Accept.

5. Output/Post, The program opens the Output screen.

6. Select an output method and click OK. The program displays a confirmation message.

7. Click Yes to post the adjustment journal.

Once a PAB has been posted another one cannot be posted to the same project year.
