VRW Import Process Approvals Error

Description of Issue

  • Error on BatchManager

  • Year/Per will be changed to match the effective date.

Cause

The Default year/period in General Ledger Settings does not match the Effective Date for the adjustment batch VRW Import creates to add the VRW charge code.

Resolution

  1. To resolve this issue, check the details of the error message for Error on BatchManager to get the effective date.

    1. The effective date is usually the date of the day VRW Import is being processed.

  2. Navigate to Financials > General Ledger Menu > Set Up/Chart of Accounts > General Ledger Settings.

  3. Click Update.

  4. Change the Default year/period to match the year/period of the effective date from the error message detail.

  5. Click Accept.

  6. Click Close.

  7. Return to VRW Import and process the import again.
