Description of Issue

Client was having an issue where users Time Total column did not match the Total Summary for employees in Employee Time Maintenance

Context

Cause

The setting for, Include all append to paid time in Time Summary totals, was not enabled under the UI Environment Flags

Resolution

  1. Login Time & Attendance with Admin rights

  2. Click System Admin

  3. Click UI Environment Flags

  4. Click Time Processing 

  5. Enable Include all "append to" paid time in Time Summary totals

  6. Click Save
