LA TRSL and LSERS Reporting - How to Exclude Employees

• We used to use the Location range on the Main tab to exclude retirees.  How do we exclude them now?

Create an Employee Group and link it to the employees that should not report.  Reference How to create Employee Groups.

When you Generate the LA TRSL and LSERS Reporting, enter the Employee Group code in the Employee Group from and to fields. 

The Generate will exclude all employees in the Employee Groups program with a defined Employee Group code.
