Organizational Unit not selectable in Benefit Balance Report

Client reported that they had a supervisor unable to select the drop down for Organizational Unit in the Benefit Balance Report

The role did not have the Department selected. It had employees inside the department. This prevented the supervisor from being able to select the Organizational Unit when selecting Munis Location as the Organizational Type.

1. Login to Time & Attendance with Admin Access

2. Click System Admin

3. Click Security & Permissions

4. Click the edit Pencil Icon for the role of the supervisor

5. Click Employee Access

6. Scroll down to the department of the supervisor and click the Check Box for the entire Department.

7. Click Save

8. Confirm supervisor can now select Organizational Unit in the report.
