Does manually running scheduled jobs override the scheduled time

Does clicking Run Now on reports scheduled through the Scheduler override the scheduled time?

New functionality

Clicking Run Now will prompt two options to choose from:

Run now instead of at XX:XX:XX on XX/XX/XXXX

OR 

Run now and keep the scheduled occurrence at XX:XX:XX on XX/XX/XXXX
