Activity Date Range Dropdown Greyed Out In Detail Receivables Programs

Unable to change the Activity dropdown under the Activity Date Range heading in Detail Receivables by Date and Detail Receivables Register programs

• Detail Receivables Register

• General Billing

• Accounts Receivable

Include on-the-fly penalty and interest amounts checkbox is enabled

When Include on-the-fly penalty and interest amounts is selected, the report will include on-the-fly amounts for penalty, interest, or both. This option is only available when the Activity Date Range is set to AR Effective Date. If one of the four other Activity Date Range selections is preferred, this box must be left unchecked and the report will not calculate on-the-fly penalty and/or interest amounts.
