Description of Issue

  • The TR-1 report required by the state, does not match what is is Enterprise ERP.

Cause

The TR-1 report required Tax Year Settings for Motor Vehicle records in order for it to be run.  North Carolina sites no longer collect tax on motor vehicles after the state took this over.  The layout of the report in Enterprise ERP also no longer matches the state required layout.  The report is in need of revitalization in order to be compliant with state requirements.

Resolution

Development is currently researching this issue.
