Users are not receiving notifications when the password in ESS expires

Cause

Informational.

Resolution

No, ESS does not send out email notifications when a password has expired. The way ESS password expiration function works is that you set an amount of months you wish the password to expire after reached. When the user goes to log in passed this amount of months they will be prompted that their password has expired and that they need to change it.
