Purchase Order Displaying Incorrect Shipping Address

Description of Issue

When requestions are entered with the correct shipping address, once the purchase order is generated, the incorrect shipping information displays on the form.

Cause

Include ship to in detail needing to be toggled.

Resolution

  1. In Munis, navigate to Enterprise Forms Administration Tyler Menu > Forms >Enterprise Forms Administration.

  2. In Enterprise Forms Template Configuration, access the desired check template. ex. Purchasing > Purchase Order > Templates.

  3. Select the template needed to be changed. Under Display Data Options, toggle Include ship to in detail.

  4. Save the change and preview the check using the eye icon.
