PO not printing correct address

Description of Issue

Selected remit address 1, however, printed PO has the Vendor address and not the POMailing address.

Cause

Toggle Use Mailing Address as Vendor is turned OFF.


Resolution
  1. From the Tyler Hub menu, navigate to ReadyForms > Readyforms Administration
  2. On the side menu, select the program and type of Template you wish to change
  3. On the right side of the screen, select the template you wish to change
  4. Click on the Forms Design tab:
    1. At the bottom to the page, click on the toggle Use Mailing Address as Vendor
  5. Click on Save at the lower right side of the screen.
